Hilltop Maplezz syrup is made from the sap of over 10,000 of the richest sugar maples in western Wisconsin. It takes apporximatley 40 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of our sweet syrup. Our maple sap is boiled to the perfect density to create liquid gold. The syrup is processed and hand bottled by our family of multigenerational syrup makers. It's not just a topping on pancakes, this natural healthy sweetener contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Maple syrup can even be used as a replacement sugar when baking!
