Our Story
Hilltop MapleZZ was established in 2020. We are comprised of four families, all of which have decades of experience in the maple business. Located in Arkansaw WI, the sugar shack's construction began April 2021.
Our Team
Hello there, we are the Klinski’s, Tim, Kelsey, Brinley and Gabriella. We live in Plum City, WI. Our family loves the outdoors from hunting, to fishing, to going on vacation, to producing maple syrup. We enjoy spending time with family and friends. We have been doing maple syrup since 2009, but 2022 was the first year we cooked our own at Hilltop MapleZZ. Welcome to Hilltop MapleZZ!
Welcome to Hilltop Maplezz! We are the second Klinski family that helps make up the Hilltop Maplezz team. Our family of four consists of Tyler, Jess, Lauren and Noah. Aside from our full time jobs and sap season, you can find our family doing a variety of activities around at our home and out in nature. Some of the activities and hobbies you can find us doing range from gardening and canning to hunting and fishing. As our children grow we hope they learn to love these activities and hobbies as much as we do. We are the Maxwell's! Eric, Angie and our four kids, Trevor, Tyler, Aiden, and Elli. Sugaring has been in our family for generations and we hope to continue for many more generations to come. We are dedicated to producing the best quality maple syrup for our customers, ensuring that each bottle of syrup you receive is of the highest quality you can find. When we are not at the sugar shack you can find us on our family farm, enjoying time with family and friends, or watching a high school sports game.
